Customer service did get back to me, so that was good, but it took longer than I thought it would, I mean, I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, but still. Overall not a bad experience, just a bit slow on the response side.

I ordered from Solbeautylab after browsing around one night when I probably should’ve been doing laundry, and the prices seemed fair compared to a few other places I checked. The product itself was nice and did what I needed it to do. I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away or anything, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy fast but it arrived without any issues. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I think the packaging could be a little better, but overall it was a good value.

I’d give it 4 stars. The return policy was straightforward enough and I didn’t have much trouble following it. I did have to read through it a little carefully, but overall it felt fair and wasn’t a big hassle.
